Monika Lambert

Monika Lambert, PhD, is the Associate Director and Medical Writing Lead at Eli Lilly's Catalyze360 ExploR&D, where they guide a medical writing group focused on First-in-Human and Proof of Concept clinical development. Previously, Monika served as an Assistant Lecturer at Munster Technological University and held various roles at Eli Lilly, including Manager of Medical Writing and Clinical Trial Project Management. Monika earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Microbiology from Cork Institute of Technology, where they also completed their B.Sc. (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology. They have extensive experience in technical and scientific environments, contributing to both teaching and research initiatives throughout their career.
