Nathan Knies

Nathan Knies is a sustainability and assurance finance leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director ESG Controller at Eli Lilly and Company, Nathan leads the design and implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) controls and compliance processes. Previously, Nathan held various roles at Eli Lilly, including Manager of Third Party Risk Management and Oversight, and has also worked as a Finance Manager at Indiana University Health and a Senior Internal Auditor at Sara Lee. Nathan earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Marquette University.
