Nee Ping Tan

Nee Ping Tan has extensive experience in clinical research and operations management, having worked at notable organizations such as Eli Lilly and Company and Covance. At Eli Lilly, from May 2011 to March 2023, Nee Ping served as Associate Director of CRU Operations, overseeing the Clinical Research Unit's strategy, operations, and administration. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Senior Director of Site Operations at Covance, where Nee Ping managed multiple departments and clinical research projects across the Asia Pacific region. In addition, expertise includes establishing a state-of-the-art laboratory in Singapore and managing diverse teams and resources across regions including China and various Southeast Asian countries. Nee Ping is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine at UNSW, following a BSc in Business and Management from the University of Bradford.
