Nick Brings

Nick Brings is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Capital Equipment Procurement at Eli Lilly and Company since November 2025, Nick has previously held key positions including Associate Director of CMC Procurement at Sarepta Therapeutics and Associate Director - Global Category Manager for Large Molecule Contract Manufacture Outsourcing at Takeda. His career at Biogen spanned over 15 years, during which Nick progressed from Manufacturing Associate to Senior Sourcing Manager. Nick holds an MBA in Management of Technology and Economic and Financial Markets from Bentley University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University. Additionally, Nick is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
