Olaf Thiel is a seasoned project manager, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, where they are creating a new manufacturing site. Previously, they worked as a Project Director at Boehringer Ingelheim and CSL Behring, overseeing significant capital investment projects in the biotech sector. Throughout their career, Olaf has held various leadership roles, including Head of Capital Investment at Hoffmann-La Roche, where they managed a €1 billion investment budget during a major corporate merger. Olaf holds a diploma in Process Engineering from Technische Universität München and an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from INSEAD.
