Paddy Jones

Paddy Jones is an Associate Director of Biotech Operations at Eli Lilly and Company. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, they previously held roles such as Operational Excellence Program Manager at Roche and Manager of Continuous Improvement at Stryker. Paddy also worked as a Lean Six Sigma Lead at Merck Sharpe Dohme and a Production Supervisor at Abbott Vascular. They hold a Master of Science in Master Black Belt and a Graduate Diploma in Quality Management from the University of Limerick, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Systems.
