Patrick Stenski has extensive experience in environmental health and safety management spanning multiple industries. Starting as Site EHS Manager and Environmental Program Manager at Kimberly-Clark from September 2008 to September 2010, Patrick progressed to roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist and EHS Site Director from February 2012 to January 2013. Following this, a position as Director of Facilities Engineering, Safety, Health & Environment at AstraZeneca was held from April 2022 to January 2023. Patrick then served as Director of Engineering & Facilities Management at Resilience, overseeing EHS & Security for Cincinnati Operations, before taking the role of Senior Director, HSE at Eli Lilly and Company in July 2025. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech, earned between 1992 and 1995, with earlier education at the University of Virginia.
