Paul Lee

Paul Lee is an Executive Director at the Lilly Biotechnology Center, currently leading a team of Operations Managers in Research and Development Operations. They have a robust background as a Cancer Cell Biologist, with experience spanning both academia and the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in cancer drug discovery. Previously, Paul held multiple roles at Eli Lilly and Company, progressing from a cancer researcher to Senior Director of Research and Development Operations, and completed training as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Paul earned a BSc in Biology from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Cancer Biology from Purdue University, and an MBA from the IU Kelley School of Business.
