Penny Keller is a semi-retired cybersecurity professional and certified group fitness instructor with a diverse background spanning over 24 years. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security at Eli Lilly and Company, Penny has also held key roles at NBCUniversal Media, LLC and Lockheed Martin, where they were instrumental in developing cybersecurity strategies and overseeing enterprise operations. In addition to their cybersecurity career, Penny teaches yoga and manages Happy Sloth Health & Fitness, where they design and lead yoga classes. Penny completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at the Yoga & Ayurveda Center in 2020.
