Raegan M. has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, beginning as a Staff Pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart and Costco Wholesale from 1998 to 2002. Transitioning to Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Raegan served as a Sales Representative for Canada from 2000 to 2003. From February 2006 to June 2010, Raegan held multiple managerial roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Manager of the Medical Information Call Center and Manager of Consumer Product Quality Assurance within the Americas Regional Center, overseeing product complaint evaluations across multiple regions. Raegan also served as the Associate Director of Customer Information Quality for the US Affiliate, focusing on quality systems and project management support. Raegan earned a Pharmacy degree from the University of Saskatchewan between 1992 and 1997.
