Rick Bahr

Rick Bahr is an accomplished Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Eli Lilly and Company, with extensive leadership experience in various HR roles. Previously, they directed HR integrations during the Novartis Animal Health acquisition, onboarding approximately 3,500 employees across 44 countries. They also led key initiatives in research and development and global compensation, achieving significant organizational effectiveness and improving the company’s ranking in the Science Magazine Top Employer survey. Bahr holds an Executive MBA from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Northern Illinois University.
