Rick Knack

Rick Knack is the Associate Director of Process Engineering at Eli Lilly and Company, where they are involved in the LP1 expansion project within the Small Molecule area. Previously, Rick served as a Maintenance Engineering Manager at Novo Nordisk and a Process Engineer II on the Diabetes API-US Project. They have also worked as a Manufacturing Technology Engineer at DuPont and as a Six Sigma Black Belt at The Chemours Company, where they led efforts resulting in substantial cost savings and process improvements. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
