Ritwik Kaushal

Ritwik Kaushal is the Associate Director of Patient Affordability at Eli Lilly and Company, where they oversee market access and strategy. Prior to this role, Ritwik worked at Kaushal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd as the Head of Business Transformation, driving significant operational changes. They also gained valuable experience in various roles at Rolls-Royce, including New Product Introduction Lead and Manufacturing Process Owner. Ritwik holds an MBA from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick.
