Rocío M.

Rocío M. is the Associate Vice President of Engineering at Eli Lilly's Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing site, where they provide administrative and technical leadership in process engineering, maintenance, project engineering, and health safety and environment. Previously, Rocío spent 17 years at Pfizer, culminating in the role of Director for the Global Engineering Sterile Injectable Cluster, where they led engineering and operational initiatives across multiple countries. With over 25 years of experience focused primarily on Industrial Automation, Rocío has worked on significant projects, including leading global automation efforts for Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Alcalá and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from EAE Business School. Rocío is also an advocate for women in STEM and actively mentors colleagues in their careers.
