Rumit Maini

Rumit Maini is a Senior Director and Peptide Discovery Team Lead at Eli Lilly, where they focus on peptide drug discovery, utilizing advanced technologies such as mRNA display and Next Gen Sequencing. They previously held roles including Associate Director of Business Development at PepLib and Associate Principal Scientist at Merck. Rumit completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a specialization in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Protein Engineering from Arizona State University. Additionally, they were a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Tokyo and have experience as a Content Developer and Tutor.
