Ryan Cella is the Associate Director of Project Management at Eli Lilly and Company. With extensive experience as a Global Project Manager, Ryan has successfully managed all facets of the clinical life cycle, from pre-clinical stages to FDA submission, across multiple therapeutic areas. Ryan previously worked at Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc. and RadPharm, Inc., where they managed clinical studies and established project plans, budgets, and timelines. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
