Sara Morin

Sara Morin, P.E., holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. They began their career as an Engineering Intern at Messier-Bugatti-Dowty before progressing to various roles at Vertellus, where they achieved significant savings and improvements in manufacturing processes. Sara serves as the Senior Director and RAMP Lead for New API Sites at Eli Lilly and Company, where they lead process engineering teams and oversee critical operational improvements. Their extensive experience includes mentoring engineers and implementing safety and compliance measures in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
