Scott Conner

Scott Conner is a Sr. Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company, bringing deep medicinal chemistry experience across the entire Discovery value chain. With a core expertise in lead generation and a major focus on the Kinase area, they have successfully led multiple initiatives in oncology research, specifically in the design and synthesis of novel molecules. A graduate of Indiana University Indianapolis with a Master of Science in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Scott has contributed significantly to drug discovery, mentoring teams and fostering innovative approaches in translational medicine. Prior roles include Sr. Research Scientist and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Eli Lilly, as well as Organic Chemist at Abbott Laboratories. Scott is motivated by a belief in achieving more with less and effectively reducing uncertainty in research.
