Scott Weigand is a Systems Engineering Director at Eli Lilly and Company, where they support multiple projects and initiatives within the Devices and Connected Solutions organization. With extensive experience in Systems Engineering across the military/aerospace and medical device industries, Scott has a background in working with complex interconnected systems. They have also served as an adjunct instructor at various universities, currently teaching at Purdue University in Fall 2024. Scott holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Physics.
