Shannon Rush is a Senior Executive with a proven track record in maximizing profit and driving product commercialization within the hospital and pharmaceutical industries across the US and Europe. They have held multiple leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Senior Vice President of the Boehringer Ingelheim/Lilly Alliance, where they were responsible for US and global alliance marketing. Shannon has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic initiatives, fostering corporate partnerships, and leading sales and marketing strategies that have generated multimillion-dollar revenues. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Global Executive Master's in Business Administration at Duke University. Additionally, Shannon has been recognized for their contributions to diversity and inclusion as Chair of the Women’s Initiative for Leading at Lilly.
