Shawn Foreman

Shawn Foreman is currently the Associate Director of Molecule Planning at Eli Lilly and Company, where past responsibilities included project coordination, technical leadership, and ensuring compliance for clinical trial materials. With a background as a manufacturing specialist focused on therapeutic drug monitoring and drug abuse testing, Shawn executed validation protocols and was a key contributor in computer system validation. Shawn co-owned Traditions Tree Farm, LLC from 2011 to 2020, and previously held various roles at notable companies including Roche Diagnostics and Fisher Clinical Services. Shawn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Ball State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
