Sonia Arnold is currently the Associate Vice-President and Assistant General Counsel for Consumer/Customer Operations at Eli Lilly and Company, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Sonia worked in various legal roles at Eli Lilly, including Sr. Director and Counsel for Therapeutic Areas, where they provided strategic legal counsel across multiple business units. Sonia began their legal career as an Attorney at Stewart & Irwin, PC, and served as a Law Clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals. They earned a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Vanderbilt University.
