Stacey Spencer

Stacey Spencer is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry and drug development, currently serving as Executive Director of Small Molecule Chemistry in Early Phase Drug Development at Eli Lilly and Company since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stacey held various leadership positions in CMC Process Chemistry at Loxo Oncology at Lilly from November 2017 to March 2025, including Associate VP and Senior Director. Earlier career experience includes working as a Research Investigator at Avista Pharma Solutions and Array BioPharma, where responsibilities encompassed process chemistry research, development, and experimentation. Stacey holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Chemistry from West Virginia University.
