Stéphane BERTRAND

Stéphane Bertrand is currently the Associate Director of Central Engineering Processes at Eli Lilly and Company, where they lead the development and implementation of technical management processes at the Lilly France site. Previously, Stéphane served as a C&Q and Maintenance Lead, focusing on the qualification of installations and the development of maintenance processes. They also held the position of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, leading cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement. Stéphane began their career as an engineer at CEREC Ingenierie and later worked at CEGELEC as a Chargé d'Affaires in HVAC and fluids. Stéphane holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Climate Engineering and Energy from INSA Strasbourg.
