Stephanie Spicuzza is a Sr. Principal Engineer at Lilly, specializing in process engineering within the pharmaceutical industry. With a background that includes roles at BD, Merck, and bluebird bio, Stephanie has extensive experience in both solid active pharmaceutical ingredients and vaccine manufacturing. They have led various cross-functional teams, supported regulatory inspections, and developed process optimizations that have significantly improved efficiency and reduced costs. Stephanie earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is currently pursuing further studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
