Stephen Welling, CIH, CHMM, is a Principal Scientist in Industrial Hygiene at Eli Lilly and Company since 2024. Previously, they served as Manager of Occupational Hygiene at Sasol, where they managed occupational noise and chemical hazard monitoring, and oversaw the LCCC potable water system. Stephen also has experience as a Research and Development Chemist at Fruit of the Earth and as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at ABC Compounding Co., Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Toxicology from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2013.
