Steve Ball

Steve Ball is a highly experienced chemist with a strong background in process development within the pharmaceutical industry. Steve began a career at Maybridge Chemical Company, leading a team in synthetic organic chemistry, and subsequently worked as a Process Development Chemist at Schwarz Pharma and GSK, where responsibilities included manufacturing support, technical process improvements, and supplier evaluations. Currently serving as Associate Director - Joint Process Team at Eli Lilly and Company, Steve oversees laboratory development chemists while managing pharmaceutical plant manufacture and process evaluations. Steve holds a PhD and BSc(Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Leeds.
