Steve Patterson

Steve Patterson is the Associate Director of Enterprise Data with extensive experience in data management and IT leadership. They served in the Army National Guard as an Instructor and TAC Sergeant from 1986 to 2010, including a deployment to Iraq. From 1990 to 1999, Steve held the position of Senior Manager at Golden Rule Insurance, overseeing various IT functions. Most recently, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company from 2016 to 2022, where they moved through roles including Service Delivery Manager and Architect in Master Data and Metadata Management. Steve earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Kelley School of Business and a BA in Business Communications and IT from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
