Steven Andrews is a Senior Vice President in Advanced Molecule Design at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Director of Drug Discovery at Array BioPharma from 2001 to 2017 and worked as a Principal Scientist at Allergan from 1991 to 2001. As Vice President of Discovery Chemistry at Loxo Oncology, they contributed to the field from 2019 to 2020. Steven holds a B.S. in Chemistry from UC Irvine and a Ph.D. in Synthetic Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, and is currently pursuing postdoctoral studies in Synthetic Chemistry at the University of Rochester.
