Steven Cohen

Steven Cohen is a results-focused leader with over 20 years of experience in developing talent and leading successful sales organizations within Eli Lilly and Company. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for North America and Canada, Cohen has consistently exceeded sales goals and managed significant operational expenditures while overseeing up to 150 employees. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in alliance management, sales force execution, and organizational change across various therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular and neuroscience. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ohio University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, complemented by a leadership program from Vanderbilt University. They currently reside in Indianapolis, Indiana.
