Suchindra Mailwar is a Learning and Development professional with over a decade of experience in leadership development, new hire onboarding, facilitation, project management, program management, and stakeholder management. They have worked as a Training Specialist at Amazon, where they trained new hires and tenured associates, and later managed company-wide Learning Management Systems. Currently, Suchindra serves as a Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Eli Lilly and Company, while also contributing to talent development processes at Flutter Entertainment. As a freelance trainer, they successfully trained over 3,500 college students on campus recruitment and communication skills. Suchindra is dedicated to building high-performing teams and processes in Global Capability Centers.
