Susan Hawk Shell

Susan Hawk Shell is a seasoned professional in quality assurance with extensive experience at Eli Lilly and Company from 1992 to 2014. During this time, they held various positions focused on quality systems development, compliance management, and process improvements. Currently, they are pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, alongside an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Ball State University. Susan continues to enhance their expertise through active involvement in training and development initiatives.
