Susanne Rhoades

Susanne Rhoades is the Associate Vice President of Diagnostic Development, where they oversee the development of diagnostic tests and ensure project milestones are met. With a strong foundation in drug development from their time at Eli Lilly and Company, Susanne managed early phase oncology trials and successfully directed the development of nine diagnostic tests. Prior to their current role, they held various positions in clinical project management and in vitro diagnostic development, enhancing their leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Susanne completed their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at Purdue University and earned a PhD in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
