Tamara Lantz, MBA, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, CTSC, is currently the Senior Director of Orchestrated Planning at Eli Lilly and Company, where they lead the development of implementation plans for manufacturing strategies and supply chain capabilities. Previously, Tamara held various roles at Eli Lilly and Company, Elanco, Geneva Pharmaceuticals, and Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals, including positions as Logistics Manager and Senior Advisor in Supply Chain. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and are pursuing an MBA in Finance from the University of Indianapolis. Throughout their career, Tamara has demonstrated expertise in supply chain processes and operational standards, mentoring emerging talent along the way.
