Thomas Johnson has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing sectors. Thomas started a career at Sun Chemical as a Process Chemist from January 1989 to May 2001, where responsibilities included leading the ISO-9002 program and overseeing production floor technical aspects. Thomas then worked as a Validation Chemist at Pfizer from 2001 to 2003, focusing on cleaning and process validation. A significant tenure at Eli Lilly and Company began in January 2007 as an MS&T Consultant for Elanco Contract Manufacturing, advancing to a Commercialization Consultant and later serving as a Product Steward for IndyDry Product Manufacturing.
