Thomas Lee

Thomas Lee currently serves as a Senior Director at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at Loxo Oncology at Lilly, including Director of Biophysics and Senior Principal Scientist, from February 2022 to October 2025. Thomas's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of the Central Analytical Laboratory and Mass Spectrometry Core Facility and as a Research Specialist at the University of Colorado Boulder from April 2009 to February 2022. Thomas began an academic career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Colorado at Boulder between October 2005 and September 2005. Thomas earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1999 to 2004, following a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Yonsei University from 1995 to 1999.
