Tim N. has a diverse background in biology and GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, with significant expertise in process improvement as a black belt trained in Lean Six Sigma. Tim worked at Eli Lilly and Company from 1997 to 2002, where they held multiple roles, including Biologist, Process Improvement Director, and Corporate Business Development. With a foundation in research from IUPUI and the Indiana University Medical Center, Tim earned a BS in Life Sciences from Indiana State University. Currently, Tim is focused on bridging the gap between technical IT professionals and business colleagues in the information security space, aiming to enhance process improvement and team-building skills for expertise in organizational change management.
