Timil Patel is currently the Executive Medical Director of Oncology Drug Development at Eli Lilly and Company. Previously, Timil served as a Senior Medical Officer and Team Leader at the FDA, overseeing drug development in thoracic and head/neck oncology. Timil also completed a Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at Yale University and held the position of Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Timil holds a Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
