Trinity Smithers

Trinity Smithers is a biologist currently contracted at Eli Lilly and Company focusing on research and development since August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Scientist 1 in Assay R&D at Illumina from July 2024 to July 2025 and holding various roles at Fluent BioSciences Inc. from June 2021 to July 2024, including Associate Scientist and Research Associate I in molecular biology. A summer research internship at The School of Psychology, University of East London in July 2019 involved research on cognitive psychology and data analysis. Trinity also gained customer service experience as a stylist at LF Stores and a sales associate at Mary Jane's. Trinity earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a focus on Cellular Molecular and Genetics from Boston University in May 2021.
