Vicky Erwin

Vicky Erwin, CFA, MBA, serves as the Managing Director of Public Investments and acting Deputy CIO at Eli Lilly & Co., overseeing a $30 billion pension, savings, and retiree health benefit plan. With a robust background in treasury and investment management, Vicky has held various leadership roles, including Executive Investment Director and Senior Investment Director, where responsibilities included investment strategy, asset allocation, and managing institutional investment managers. Vicky began their career as a Pension and Benefit Investment Consultant at Ashland Inc. and has accumulated over two decades of experience in treasury and capital markets. Currently, Vicky is pursuing an MBA in Accounting at Morehead State University.
