Wei Hu

Wei Hu is a Senior Director at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on innovation and partnerships in China since 2021. Previously, they held roles as a Principal Scientist II and Senior Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, and as an Investigator II and I at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, where they specialized in drug discovery and hepatology. Wei holds an MBA from the School of Management at Fudan University and a doctorate from RWTH Aachen University, where they also completed postdoctoral research. They earned their Diplom in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Bremen.
