Wei Ni is an Associate Vice President specializing in Diabetes, Obesity, and Complications Clinical Development. With a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Michigan State University, Wei led discovery and early-phase clinical programs in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases for over a decade. At Eli Lilly and Company, Wei served as a project leader and medical lead, overseeing strategies and clinical trials while collaborating with academic and industry partners.
