Wei Y. is an experienced oncology and immuno-oncology drug discovery project lead in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Large Molecule Biology at Eli Lilly and Company since 2024, Wei previously held various positions, including Principal Scientist at Loxo Oncology and Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
