Whitney Helms

Whitney Helms is an experienced professional in nonclinical drug development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Nonclinical Development at Eli Lilly and Company since 2021. Prior to this role, Whitney worked as a Pharmacology Supervisor in Oncology and a Pharmacology Reviewer at the FDA from 2008 to 2012. Whitney completed a PhD in Immunology at UNC Chapel Hill, following a B.S. in Anthropology/Biology from Emory University. Additionally, Whitney was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2006 to 2008.
