Whitney Sweatt, Pharm.D., BCPS, is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Research at Eli Lilly and Company, where they leverage their advanced practice knowledge in Internal Medicine to advocate for underserved patient populations. With over 15 years of experience in hospital pharmacy practice and leadership, Whitney is recognized for their strong communication, project management, and data analytics skills. Previously, they served as the Director of Pharmacy at Community Health Network and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Union Hospital. Whitney is a dedicated professional committed to fostering positive patient outcomes and creating a supportive work environment. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Purdue University, Whitney embodies the strengths of an Achiever and a Relator.
