William Gritton SPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently the Executive Director of HR for Lebanon API Manufacturing and Quality at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since 2023. Gritton has extensive experience at Eli Lilly, having held various roles including Senior HR Professional and HR Site Leader for multiple biopharmaceutical operations.
