Xiaohong Chen

Xiaohong Chen is a Senior Scientific Lead in medicinal chemistry at Eli Lilly and Company. With over 10 years of experience in synthetic chemistry and lab management, they have developed expertise in synthetic/wet chemistry, metal-catalysis, and high throughput chemistry. Xiaohong has authored numerous peer-reviewed works and has effectively communicated research at the international level. Previously, they held positions at Hansoh Bio and Loxo Oncology, focusing on novel small molecule design and structure-based drug design. They completed a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Sichuan University and have extensive experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
