Yu Hu served as Associate Vice President at Eli Lilly and Company from September 2019 to December 2022, leading asset development leaders and program managers in advancing the neuroscience and genetic medicine portfolio while initiating a new integrated development model in China. Prior leadership roles include Associate Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Chorus, where Yu managed an early phase development team across multiple therapeutic areas, and Senior Director and Chief Development Officer at IpiNovyx. Additional experience includes positions as a Principle Engineer at Pactiv Corp and a Technologist at GE Plastics, along with early work as a marketing researcher at South China Marketing Research. Yu holds a PhD in Polymer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a certificate in Leadership Development from Harvard Business School.
