Carole Devillers

Carole Devillers has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Portfolio Office at Elia since December 2003. In this role, Carole leads complex transversal transformation projects and programs with a focus on change management. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager Officer for offshore projects and Enterprise Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included project selection and financial reporting for corporate development. Earlier in Carole's career, marketing roles were held at Phidani and RainCode, alongside an internship at Nimble. Educational background includes degrees from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Université libre de Bruxelles, and a Middle Management Program from Vlerick Business School.
