Danielle Devogelaer

Danielle Devogelaer is a Senior Advisor in Energy, currently serving as the System Services Development Manager at Elia Group and an Advisory Board Member at LCL Data Centers. With extensive expertise in energy transition issues, Danielle has contributed to various projects, including estimating the Value of Lost Load in Belgium and assessing the impact of the European Climate-Energy Package(s) on the Belgian energy system. Danielle has also held roles such as Energy Expert at the Bureau fédéral du Plan and Board Member for Communications at the Benelux Association for Energy Economics. They are a member of the Royal Academies for Science and the Arts of Belgium (RASAB) and have lectured on the Economics of Electricity Markets at Ghent University. Danielle holds a Commercial Engineer degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Master's degree in Climate Change from the University of Exeter.
